At Kefi Wellness, movement isn’t about pushing harder or striving for perfection—it’s about coming home to yourself. Whether you're looking to build strength, ease stress, move through pregnancy, or reconnect postpartum, there’s a class here for you.

I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Every class is shaped around the people in front of me—with compassion, curiosity and care. With my background in Doula support, integrative health, and therapeutic massage, I bring a unique, whole-person perspective to every session. This is about more than movement—it’s about your whole wellbeing.

What I teach

I teach inclusive, body-positive classes that integrate Pilates, Yoga, and mindfulness, drawing on over a decade of experience and training in movement and holistic health.

Learn tools and methods to help you feel more connected to your body both physically and mentally.

Classes include All levels Pilates group classes, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Mum & baby Pilates, 1:1’s & Corporate classes.

Upon booking, I’ll ask all new students to complete a confidential enrollment form, to enable me to assess your needs and requirements.

Just come to class wearing close-fitting, comfortable clothes and have an open-mind.

Please also bring your own mat & small head cushion or towel.

  • All levels Pilates

    Pilates classes that blend functional strength, stretch and mindful movement. Perfect if you want to improve posture, build core stability, and feel good in your body.
    Available as group classes or 1:1 sessions.

  • Corporate Pilates/Yoga

    Invest in your team’s wellbeing. Workplace-friendly Pilates or Yoga classes that support posture, reduce stress and increase focus.
    Weekly, monthly, or one-off workshops available.

  • Private 1:1 or Duet Pilates/Yoga

    Personalised movement designed just for you. Ideal if you’re recovering from injury, want deeper guidance, or prefer to work privately at your own pace.

  • Active labour & Birth Skills

    Not your average antenatal class. Learn how to breathe, move and feel calm in labour—alongside your birth partner. We cover real-life tools to reduce fear, manage pain and support a smoother, more empowered birth.

  • Postnatal Pilates

    Our baby-friendly postnatal classes are tailored to the real recovery needs of new mums where we rebuild core strength, support pelvic floor recovery, ease aches and pains, restore confidence in your body after birth.

    Expect flow and stretch teamed with specific strengthening movements which encompass principles from both Pilates and Yoga....

    During class I offer clear and concise guidance on adaptations and progression. This approach allows each person to personalise their practice.

  • Bring your babies along to a mum focused Postnatal Pilates class. It's the perfect way to ease back into movement & gently reconnect with your body whilst finding a little headspace, building some confidence, and connecting with a lovely supportive community of mums.

    Expect a combination of Pilates/Yoga and breathing techniques for core, global strength and pelvic floor and relaxation.

    Whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean these informative classes will help you understand what it means to be postnatal in body & mind.

    Small equipment is provided but please bring your own mat and a blanket or similar for babe to be on.
