About Beth
Founder of Kefi Wellness | Movement Guide | Doula | Health Coach
Hi, I’m Beth—movement teacher, mum, and the heart behind Kefi Wellness.
My love for Pilates began over 20 years ago when I was introduced to the method by my mother who was a Pilates teacher. She taught me that movement could be a source of strength, healing, and deep connection. Since then, I’ve dedicated a lot of time to understanding the body—not just as a machine to train, but as something to care for, listen to, and respect.
I’ve taught movement for over a decade and trained extensively in Pilates, Yoga, massage therapy, women’s health, and holistic wellbeing. I’m also a Postnatal Doula, which means I understand just how much life—and the body—can change through motherhood, stress, and seasons of transition.
At Kefi, I bring all of this into my teaching. My classes blend functional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered in your body—whoever you are, and wherever you’re starting from.
Whether you’re returning to movement, recovering from injury, pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply need a space to recharge—I’m here to help you move with purpose, curiosity, and compassion.
