You don’t need a certain level of fitness or flexibility to take part. Through low impact exercise and precise movement, our practice will:

What I teach
I teach classes that draw on the expertise I have gained from my studies in different movement and complementary practices and explore how they can be used in combination to improve wellbeing.

I specialise in offering personalised, body-positive movement classes that integrate Pilates, Yoga & Meditation.
Classes include Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Pilates/Yoga, General Pilates/Yoga and Private 1:1’s tailored to you.

Upon booking, I’ll ask all new students to complete a confidential enrollment form, to enable me to assess your needs and requirements.
Just come to class wearing close-fitting, comfortable clothes and have an open-mind.
Please also bring your own mat & small head cushion or towel.

Bring your babies along to a mum focused Postnatal movement class. Whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean this class will help you to understand aches and pains, tummy gapping & pelvic floor issues. Group and private 1:1 available

Join our supportive community of mums-to-be for weekly Pregnancy Yoga Classes, carefully designed to help you navigate all stages of pregnancy and prepare for birth with confidence.
What can you expect?
Each session will include gentle Yoga, Relaxation, and Breathing techniques to help balance your body and mind. You’ll learn movements and positions that ease common pregnancy discomforts, while also gaining vital knowledge about pregnancy, pelvic health and foetal positioning.
We’ll cover topics such as:
Reducing general aches and pains
Improving pelvic floor strength and pelvic health
Techniques to facilitate an easier birth
Empowering you with birth positions that work best for you

Expect a combination of Pilates/Yoga and breathing techniques for core, global strength and pelvic floor and relaxation.
Whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean these informative classes will help you understand what it means to be postnatal in body & mind.

4 week course starting 22nd March at Calm Studio, Wymondham, Unit 4 Philip Ford Way, Wymondham NR18 9AQ
Our Birth Preparation Yoga course is designed to help you feel at ease in the final stages of pregnancy, focusing on comfort and confidence as your due date approaches.
Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle Yoga movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices. that can help reduce common pregnancy discomforts, improve pelvic health, balance your body and release common areas of tension so baby has the best chance of being well positioned for birth. These techniques can also be used in labour.
This class is a chance to connect with other mums-to-be, move your body in ways that feel good, and gain practical tools to support you during childbirth.

Gentle Yoga to ease tension, aches and pains in pregnancy
Breathing techniques for relaxation and birth
Improving pelvic floor strength and pelvic health
Movements to balance your body and create space for baby to aid an easier birth

The course will initially run for 4 weeks starting on the 22nd March you can join for £40 or drop-in for £11 (Subject to availability)
