Hi, I’m Beth

My love for Pilates started over 20 years ago when I was introduced to the method by my mother who was a Pilates teacher. I loved that Pilates focussed on the power of mind-body connection. It started my unending curiosity of the body and its ability to adapt, transform and heal. I’ve so far enjoyed a 9 year career in the Pilates and movement industry.

I started Kefi Wellness in 2015 because of my belief that our bodies are our allies and we owe them the space to regenerate, be well and thrive, instead of simply treating them as a commodity and expecting them to keep up with our demands.

I am on mission to share proven tools and methods in my classes that educate, inspire and help you feel more connected to your body both physically and mentally.
