Postnatal Pilates

Our baby-friendly postnatal classes are tailored to the real recovery needs of new mums. Classes are restorative were we work slowly and intentionally through a blend of Pilates, Yoga, breathwork and relaxation to rebuild core strength, support pelvic floor recovery, ease aches and pains, restore confidence in your body after birth and carve out space for your own wellbeing—without needing to leave your baby behind
