For every stage of life, I offer movement grounded in over a decade of experience and training in holistic health. I teach people, not just exercises — and I care far more about how you feel walking out of class than how you look in a teaser.

Group Pilates classes

Our small, considered group Pilates classes in Norwich offer more than just movement — they’re a space for community, self-enquiry, and connection. You’ll build strength gently, move with intention, and be guided with care in a supportive, ego-free environment. These sessions invite you to tune in, connect deeply, and leave feeling more grounded, curious, and held — both in your body and within a like-minded group.

1:1 or Duet Pilates

1:1 sessions are designed to support you through whatever season you're in — from general strength and mobility, to birth preparation, to postnatal recovery. Held in your home (Norwich area) or online, each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your energy that day. Whether you're rebuilding, preparing, or simply craving personalised guidance, this is movement that meets you where you are — gently, intelligently, and with care.

Workshops and gatherings

Workshops and group sessions offer a deeper dive into movement, body awareness, and support — with space for reflection, conversation, and connection. Whether it's a birth preparation circle, a postnatal recovery workshop, or a seasonal movement session, each one weaves together practical information, embodied practices, and shared experience. You'll leave feeling more informed, more connected to your body, and more supported in the season you're in.
