I teach Pilates and Yoga in Norwich, Norfolk, drawing on over a decade of experience in movement & holistic health. I’m also a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Integrative Health Coach, and Massage Therapist — so the work is informed by how bodies actually change, adapt, and recover.
