I’m on a mission to share proven tools and methods in my classes that educate, inspire and help you feel more connected to your body, both physically and mentally.

I teach classes that draw on the expertise I have gained from my studies in different movement and complementary practices and explore how they can be used in combination to improve wellbeing. Expect a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Somatics, Fascial release and Meditation.

Classes include group Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Pilates/Yoga, General Pilates/Yoga and Private 1:1’s tailored to you. I’ll help you to…

Pregnancy Yoga

  • Expect to increase body awareness, create stability and alignment that fosters a sense of control and confidence.

    Each class will include Yoga, Relaxation, Breathing and other techniques to help balance the body in pregnancy & facilitate an easier birth

    We’ll address pregnancy related topics such as general aches and pains, pelvic floor and pelvic health, optimal foetal positioning and birth positions to empower you to find positions in labour that work best for you.

Postnatal Pilates/Yoga

  • Expect a combination of Pilates/Yoga and breathing techniques for core, global strength and pelvic floor and relaxation.

    Learn more about pelvic floor, diastasis, prolapse & tears and general advice about what it means to be postnatal in body & mind.

Beginner & Intermediate Pilates/Movement

  • During class I offer clear and concise guidance on adaptations and progression. This approach allows each person to personalise their practice.

    You don’t need a certain level of fitness or flexibility to take part. Through low impact exercise and precise movement, our practice will:

    • Strengthen and stretch

    • Improve balance

    • Reduce stress

    • Boost overall wellbeing
